I’ve only ever bought them from one place, so I was excited to see what Nature’s Sunshine‘s essential oils were like. I love that they don’t alter their oils in any way- pure, authentic, natural state. They also guarantee that their oils are 100% authentic, which is obviously very important. I have never used Ylang Ylang before, so I was excited to try it! It smells GREAT and I love that it promotes balance. Something that I definitely need help with in my life! It promotes a calm environment and helps to release negative feelings like anger. I used it by putting a drop on my wrists and neck, diffusing it, and also adding two drops into my lotion after a shower.
