A good baby carrier is a must have when you have more than one child. Since you have to be helping the other children you will find yourself using your child carrier often so that baby is being held while you get things done. I was recently sent the Nordic Baby Carrier from Lillebaby. Right away I was impressed with this carrier, it has 6 different carrying positions you can use. They are: 
1.INFANT CRADLE w/INFANT INSERT
Newborn* to approximately 4 months
The cradle carrying position is enabled by our JPMA-certified infant insert (sold separately). The position cuddles baby in a safe upright position, with neck and back supported by the insert which also safely secures baby to the carrier. Ideal for sleeping babies.
2. FRONT FACE IN, INFANT SADDLE
Newborn* to approximately 5-6 months
Safely carry your newborn close to your heart and give your baby a sense of trust and security. The narrow infant saddle guarantees an ergonomically correct leg position for your infant and the neck support gently supports baby’s head.

3. FRONT FACE IN, SUPPORT SEAT 
5-6 months +
As your baby grows, the wide setting forms a natural rounding of a baby’s spine, supporting a forward pelvic tilt. This is a recommended sitting position to facilitate proper development of the hip joints for older babies and is a comfortable sitting position for your growing child.
4. FRONT FACE FORWARD
4 months +
At about four months babies start becoming more alert and curious of their surroundings, described as ‘hatching’ socially. If forced to face in, babies will naturally twist their neck to face forward, risking injuries. The forward facing position facilitates bonding while allowing your baby to go through her natural phase of developing socially and take part in her surroundings.
5. HIP
5-6 months+
The hip function makes it comfortable to carry older babies as you to support more of baby’s weight on your hip, while still having close contact with your child. Ideal for active babies with easy on and offloading. With the fixed shoulder pads on the NORDIC carrier, you will use both shoulder straps in the hip position.
6. BACK 
6 months+
Ideal for carrying heavier weight, the back position allows you to carry your baby for extended periods of time with ease and convenience. Remain close and attentive to your child, while keeping your hands free for regular daily activities.
I was also impressed with the comfort while wearing this carrier. It is really lightweight and comfortable to wear, even when I had a toddler child in it.
Best of all I love that this carrier can be used from newborn to a toddler at 42 lbs. That is a really impressive time span. You can use this carrier and not ever need another one!
