I kept it simple without a birth stone or pearl, but they would be a great addition as well. I have gotten tons of compliments every time I wear this necklace out, which lately has been quite a bit. The chain is great quality, and it feels and looks like a very high quality necklace. {It rivals my previous fav- Tiffany Initial Necklace} You can also turn the necklace into a keychain, which would also make a great gift for anyone on your list.
