I chose the Open Heart Charm Necklace because it is so pretty and I was able to fit all 7 of her Grandkids names on it. I chose her birthstone as a charm for the middle. I chose a chain and the length. I love that you can completely customize each detail of each piece. When it arrived I was blown away, it is gorgeous! I gave it to my mom as a birthday gift and she actually started crying she loves it so much! It was a precious moments between us and I was thrilled to have given a gift that means so much to her!
