Let Snoopy and Charlie Brown brighten your holidays with seven merry-making Peanuts DVD titles available from Warner Home Video (WHV) this fall. Among the animated classics offered to consumers is Happiness is…Peanuts™: Snow Days, a new title making its debut on DVD October 18, 2011. Several iconic Peanuts holiday classics will also be available in stores including: It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown; A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving; A Charlie Brown Christmas, among others.
Happiness is…Peanuts™: Snow Days – The newest Peanuts collection of stories celebrates everyone’s favorite thing about a long chilly winter: snow days! This DVD is comprised of one newly remastered classic Peanuts television special, She’s a Good Skate, Charlie Brown and one episode of The Charlie Brown & Snoopy Show. In She’s a Good Skate, Charlie Brown, Peppermint Patty trains for a figure skating competition with Snoopy as her tough coach, and crafty costume designer. The smiles continue with three short tales from The Charlie Brown & Snoopy Show including: The Play; Sweet Babboo! and Snoopy’s Story. It may get cold outside but the Peanuts kids are sure to bring lots of warmth and happiness into everyone’s homes this winter! Happiness is…Peanuts™: Snow Days will be available in stores October 18, 2011 and will retail for $14.97 SRP.
We love Snoopy in our house- my husband bought the boys Snoopy stuffed animals and they sleep with them at night. =) Needless to say, Happiness Is…Peanuts: Snow Days DVD was a huge hit. It’s perfect for us, because we just moved to NY after living in Texas, so snow is a new, exciting {and REAL} thing for us now! Each of the stories are super cute. My boys’ favorite was three short stories from The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show. This is the perfect movie to grab a bag of popcorn and snuggle up to watch on a snowy night.
