Leah really loves to be creative and do crafts and art projects. I was really excited when BENDASTIX sent me 3 of their fun sets to review! I received Botz, Braceletz and Bowz. Leah wanted to play and create right away of course!
Leah really loved making the Braceletz. It came with so many fun and colorful pieces she had a ton of fun bending them together and twisting and turning them. With BENDASTIX there are tons of different combinations. The BENDASTIX kits can be added together and used one with another!
The next set we tried out was BENDASTIX Bowz. I think Leah really loved this one, she even made one for Charlotte to put in her hair! Leah decided to choose one of her headbands and then she wrapped one of the soft pieces around and wahlah, instant cuteness! She also made a cute ring and fancied up her backpack!
“With BENDASTIX™, soft and squishy stix replace rigid cardboard or wood that can bend, mold and shape (but never ever break). Fibre-Craft will offer these amazing bendable stix, thingamagiz connectors and 3-D stickerz in cool kits that will allow little ones to build cars, flowers, and kooky glasses – anything the imagination can dream up! The stix are patterned with zig-zags, polka dots and other crazy patterns to give each creation a one-of-a-kind pop art look. Wide, skinny, long and short…BENDASTIX are ready to be wrapped and connected to create most anything!” (Bendastix Facebook page)
Being a Mom I really love that Leah can use her creative mind to play instead of watching TV or something else. I really like that BENDASTIX can be bent into anything from flowers, braceletz, and even fun kooky glasses!
How does it work? “BENDASTIX is a soft construction & creation toy- has the flexibility to mold and form pieces and are reusable for open ended, imaginative play. Mix & match Bendastix, Loopy Stix, & Charmz to create endless braceletz combinations.” ( Toys R Us website)
Leah’s most favorite out of the 3 sets was for sure the Robotz set! She loved making the funny robots and twisting different colors and arms around the Robot body.
Leah only needed a little bit of help bending the pieces and putting them on, so I know it would be something that she could do on her own!
BENDASTIX were really fun and are going to make the perfect gift for Christmas for my nieces and nephews!
