I have received this product for review and I am being compensated as a member of the Playtex Mom Trust Program, all opinions are my own.
I breastfed my son for 5 months but chose to stop because I had many issues while feeding him and I needed to stop. I breastfed my daughter for 11 months and then she didn’t want to nurse anymore (she decided the bottle independence was better for her). I was totally okay with that since I was planning to wean her at 12 months anyway. I was actually happy she was able to choose when she was done. But she continued to use the bottle long after she weaned.
No matter when you choose to feed your baby a bottle, whether it is at birth or after weaning you will want to choose the right bottles for your baby. With both of my babies I found a bottle that worked best for us and bought a bunch of the same bottle to use.
Since I am a Playtex mom ambassador I was sent 2 of their fantastic bottles to review. I don’t have a baby who uses a bottle right now so I got to take a look at the design and features of each bottle, but didn’t have the chance to have a baby use them.
Playtex Nurser with Drop Ins Liners
“Perfect for a busy mom on-the-go, the Playtex® Nurser with Drop-Ins® Liners provides benefits that mom and baby will enjoy. Disposable Drop-Ins® Liners make this bottle easy to use and easy to clean, and provide a comfortable feed for baby. As baby feeds, you can see the soft liner gently collapsing to prevent air from mixing with milk and getting into baby’s tummy. This means less gas and less discomfort for baby. Adjustable bottle angles for semi-upright feeding position recommended by pediatricians to help prevent ear infections. I am very impressed by the design of both bottles, they seem like the perfect bottles to reduce colic with their venting systems. My sister in law is pregnant and has chosen use Playtex bottles once baby comes. I gifted her both of these bottles and I know she will love them!
