For most people, the thought of making homemade pasta has never crossed their mind. I know that was the case for me about 5 years ago. However, when I moved away to Indiana and had to cook my own Thanksgiving meal, I quickly learned that pasta doesn’t have to be store bought. You see, tradition in our house requires homemade egg noodles to eat over our mashed potatoes. It is my favorite part of Thanksgiving dinner and it is so delicious. My grandma use to hand make them each year, then it fell on my mom to make them, and of course….when mom isn’t around, sometimes you have to do things yourself. Having a pasta maker is a must in my house for this very reason. I HAVE to make my egg noodles.
