I am currently expecting baby #2 and I can’t wait to hold her in my arms. I am going to breast feed her just like I did with my son. But this time I have decided I want to try using an eco-friendly nursing pad instead of disposables. I was thrilled to try out Bamboobies washable nursing pads.
I have had the chance to try out 2 different kinds of Bamboobies Nursing Pads:

Although I haven’t had the baby just yet I have started leaking colostrum already so I have been using nursing pads. Up until now I was using disposables. When my Bamboobies pads arrived I tried them on right away and it was heavenly on my nipples. My nipples have been so sore and the disposables were making it worse, not soothing at all, just irritating. But the Bamboobies are SO SOFT on my nipples. I’m in LOVE with them. I also love the shape of them. The really hug my breast and don’t ripple under my bra. They are also nice and thin so they can’t be seen through my shirt. They have also done a wonderful job of protecting me from leaks, I have had none!

Wow, these are super super soft! And the large size is great for night time. I think I may even use them during the days when my milk first comes in. I have used them several times at night and I love that they absorb really well and I don’t have to worry about waking up with leaks.
I really love that with Bamboobies I am able to wash them and re-use them. It not only saves me money but it is good for the environment as well. And in my opinion they are way better than disposables since they are such a great shape and SO SOFT and more comfortable to wear.
