I received this monitor from Summer Infant for my review. All opinions are my own.
Even though my daughter is 3 years old now, I still like to have a monitor in her room. She sleeps through the night most of the time, but has been waking up a little more often to go to the bathroom since she is now potty trained. I was happy to try out the Summer Infant Sharp Sight HD Video Monitor and I have been loving using this monitor for her. Besides using it at night, it is nice to be able to see her as I work. When I set it up in my family room I was super impressed by the range of movement. I can move the camera and see her even if she goes into the dining room and kitchen areas. It is the first monitor that I have used that has had such a large range of motion, and that is impressive to me.
“See your little one on this high definition monitor featuring a large 4” color LCD flat-screen and the best picture quality available in baby monitors – with two-times the resolution of traditional baby monitors (800×480 vs 480×320). With a pan/scan/zoom HD camera, two-way communication, temperature display and a soft glow nightlight, the Sharp Sight HD delivers the latest technology in baby monitor innovation.”
This monitor gives off great quality picture as well as sound. I am impressed with both.
Like I said earlier, I love the range of motion and that I can see her no matter where she is in the room. I also like that I can zoom in to get a closer look.
