You’re receiving authentic and new products that are the real thing, and best of all, getting these items at up to 50% off the retail price. Designers like Prada, Celine and Philipp Plein also have outlet stores so fashion fans can score gorgeous pieces to add to their wardrobe. Adding a versatile designer brand garment to your closet can be considered better than buying three inexpensive non-brand items. If it’s from a top fashion house, you can expect an item that is extremely well-constructed and will last a very long time if well-cared for. That is probably why outlet sites have become so popular in recent years.
Don’t Knock Pre-Owned Ensembles
If you like hunting for one-of-a-kind designer pieces, then thrift stores are a smart option to check out. Plenty of stars like scoring a super deal and Jada Pinkett Smith has revealed that she does it all the time with her daughter Willow. Jada favors glamorous and edgy styles and heads to Santa Monica thrift stores for those special items. Legendary singer Debbie Harry also can’t pass up the thrift shop, saying that “You have to go in and hunt, and it can be very entertaining“. Janelle Monae also likes finding the ultimate, pre-owned garment that no one else would be wearing. She has created her signature look that way. eBay and Poshmark are online shopping sites that also sell pre-owned clothing shoes and accessories. Many of them feature top brands like Armani, Versace and Marc Jacobs, and if you’re lucky, you can score some amazing deals. Recreating a famous person’s fashion wardrobe doesn’t have to cost you thousands of dollars. As we’ve pointed out here, you can buy a cheaper lookalike garment. You can also find wonderful pieces and savings from designer outlet sites and stores. Or you can buy pre-owned or secondhand clothing in good shape from well-known designers at auction-style websites, and recycle them for a new life in your wardrobe.
