As a LeapFrog Mom Ambassador, I receive products, promotional items, and educational material to use and share as I see fit. However, any opinions expressed by me are honest and reflect my actual experiences.
My girls have loved LeapFrog products ever since we were able to review the Leapband! They were beyond exstatic when I told them I was chosen to be a LeapFrog Mom Ambassador. I have loved these products ever since I saw the Fun Fridge Magnet Toys and of course the cute Shapes Learning Picnic Basket which my girls have!
Now that my girls are getting older they still play with their LeapFrog toys but need some educational items to challenge themselves. Leah absolutely loved the LeapPad Platinum and the Imagicards! In fact she dived right in and did not want my help at all. What I love about the LeapPad Platinum is that it looks and plays like a real tablet but it has tons of parental control on it! The graphics are incredible and my girls both loved playing on it!
The LeapPad Platinum comes with 10 apps ($70+ value), 6 imagicards & mini game! The girls really loved taking pictures with the camera and I love that it has 8GB of storage! The recommended age range is 3-9 which I love because both of my girls can find games that they each love.
The LeapPad Platinum also has “Wi-Fi with Kid-Safe Web A safe, protected web browser serves up a ton of kid-appropriate videos and more—all reviewed or approved by learning experts.” (LeapFrog Website) You can also “Access 1,000+ games and more (sold separately) designed or approved by LeapFrog educators with select titles featuring Just For Me™ Learning.” (LeapFrog Website)
We were also sent the Imagicards which have been my girls favorites! With the Imagicards the games can come to life! Each Imagicards set has a different educational aspect. My girls both really liked the Paw Patrol set because they both really like watching the show and were able to find their favorite characters! The Paw Patrol set works on Math Skills which my 7 year old loved. The girls had a ton of fun cruising around the neighborhood and helping citizens along the way to earn different badges.
There are 3 different Imagicards sets: Paw Patrol (Mathematics), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Math Skills more advanced) and of course LeapFrog Letter Factory!
Charlotte is on her 2nd year of Preschool but is almost 4. Since her birthday is late she will be doing 3 years of preschool. She is struggling with learning her letters and the Word Whammer is the perfect thing to help her! The Word Whammer is a great toy for kids to learn their letters and basic words. I also love that Charlotte can learn the sounds of each letter and it makes learning fun!
Leah absolutely loved playing with the Word Whammer too, she loved being able to help Charlotte learn!
What makes LeapFrog so great is that they really know their education and toys! Each toy is designed to be fun yet learn something too!
I am so excited to see what else LeapFrog has in store for us this year! I love being a LeapFrog Mom Ambassador!
