My girls love to read books, they are especially getting so excited for the upcoming Holidays! Leah and Charlotte both absolutely love Christmas and one of my favorite things to do in December is to read a Christmas book almost every night. One of my favorites is the Night Before Christmas BUT when it says “not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse” was that really true?
This cute book called Merry Stirring Mice by Cynthia Dreeman Meyer is all about the Night Before Christmas from that not so quiet little mouse family. You see this mouse family is busy getting ready for Santa to come, they are cooking, baking and making treats for the family they live with! They are Santa’s Secret Helpers! No one knows the work and the magic that comes into play. My girls loved the magic ladder that turns into a slide and they now know who really fills their stockings with goodies!
