Mr. Caterpillar is in a big hurry as he whizzes down the magnificent tree. It is an adventure filled with sounds and movement that kids will want to play again and again.

As a mom and someone who watches other kiddos in her home, I am always on the hunt for new and exciting toys that will get kids playing and imagining in new ways. There is NOTHING more important for children to do than PLAY! Play is how they learn.

So when Oribel sent me one of their fantastic new Vertiplay toys, I was hooked immediately. People, the toy attaches to the wall so you NEVER HAVE TO PICK IT UP. Can I get an “Amen” Mamas? It’s truly genius. First of all, each of the Oribel Vertiplay toys are visually attractive and adorable, so not only do they double as toys, they are also great ways to decorate any bedroom or playroom. Score. Beyond looking good, they are fun ways for your child to explore and play, right at their level, and it doesn’t create clutter and mess all over the floor. I struggle with this as a mom and a caretaker, because I believe so strongly in play and allowing kids to make messes and explore their world within the safety of my home to their hearts desire. But usually that ends up meaning we can’t walk! And for early walkers, this is always a safety issue and I find myself picking up too many times a day. Oribel has taken a huge step towards solving this problem, at least in a few of the kids’ toys! I also love this for putting in the living room or your bedroom, a place where your child occasionally plays and you want them to have something to entertain themselves, but since you pick up toys ALL.DAY.LONG elsewhere, you’d love to keep your bedroom free from that.

I cannot say enough about the quality of this product, as well as the ease and functionality. You will be shocked at how easy it is to put up, and how stuck it is on your wall. It is sturdy, and so dang cute. I just love the woodland theme, all the sweet little animals poking their heads out, and the caterpillar is a blast. They give instructions for taking it down too, and it won’t leave a mark on the wall.

This is a great gift idea, especially for new parents who are a little Type-A and you know are going to be shocked at the mess children come with! =) This innovative toy is a must have for every parent!
