Hello my friends! Hope you all had a great week… I sure did! It was a BUUUSSSYYY one- lots of appointments and things I’ve been putting off until the new year… Luckily for me, eating and cooking for myself has been a BREEZE thanks to Nutrisystem!!! =)

And I have to share this with you… I am a McDonald’s lover. I could eat it every day for the rest of my life. I usually cave a handful of times a year, and usually I can’t even enjoy it because I’m so full of guilt. Therefore, I have learned to avoid McDonald’s like the plague. My kids love it {obviously} and they have the metabolism and activity level to allow them some good old chicken nuggets and french fries every so often. But we hardly ever go to fast food restaurants, because their mom can’t resist. So today I made a change!! Nutrisystem gave me the power I needed to walk into McDonald’s doors, smell the delicious smells, and RESIST! I even had to stare down my kids food while they played {yes, I am one of those moms that lets their kids play first} and I didn’t even steal one fry. It truly is a miracle! I am officially a Nutrisystem believer! This is truly dieting done right. I just needed a plan. I know how to eat healthy. I just don’t know how to do it when I’m hungry, stressed, and tempted. But I already had my lunch packed- I already had a plan. And I was able to stick to it!

- Being 6.2 pounds down
- Being able to eat on-the-go easily
- Favorite meal: Chicken Pasta Parmesan with added sautéed mushrooms… Mmm…
- Going to McDonalds and skipping the Big Mac!
