Ooooh I’m so excited to tell you about my first few days on Nutrisystem.
Imagine my joy when these boxes showed up on my doorstep:

So I started Monday with the Fast5. It’s only Wednesday, and I’m already 3.2 pounds down! Awesome, right? I have loved almost all of it so far. The Chicken Alfredo I was a little “eh” about, but next time I would season it up a little more- because a lot of spices you can use unlimitedly which is awesome.
I love the Fast5 start! It’s a little different then what I’ll be doing the rest of the time. What I love is it is supposed to give you a jump start to your weight loss, because research shows if you have a great start you’re more likely to stick to the plan! {It’s like they know me or something.} It’s Breakfast, Shake, Lunch, Shake, Dinner. With 4 vegetables thrown in.
Here are a few things I’ve been enjoying:
The Spicy Kung Pao Noodles were my fav- SO yummy and it filled me up perfectly. This lunch was awesome!
What I’m Loving Week 1 of Nutrisystem:
- Love the portion control. Portion control is truly my biggest issue with managing my weight
- Being 3.2 pounds down
- Using their online tools and trackers- everything from logging food, to keeping track of BMI {love watching that go down}
- Being able to still eat fresh veggies!
