I am a huge fan of the SOUND+SLEEP Adaptive Sound Sleep Therapy System because I have been using them in both of my kids rooms for years and my kids sleep wonderfully. In fact my daughter has always had a Sound+Sleep Machine in her room, and she has always slept really well since birth. It is so nice because noises outside of her room don’t wake her.

In fact with these machines in their rooms, we have never had to worry about being extra quiet so as to not wake them. This is especially nice when we have company over, we can still visit and chit chat after the kids have gone to bed.

Since my kids have been benefiting so much from having a SOUND+SLEEP Sound Machine, I figured it was time for mom and dad to get one and start benefiting as well.

I am so glad I have this in my room now. Both my husband and I love it and we are hooked. I used to wake up a lot because of outside noises; like cars outside, my dogs, wind blowing, etc… But now I sleep so well.

This machine has 10 sound settings, 9 nature sounds and a white noise masking sound. My favorite is the brook and that is what we use when we sleep, but it is nice to have the other options as well. You can definitely find the sound that soothes you most.

It also has buttons to enable richness level of your choosing as well as an adaptive button which makes the machine adapt the sound to the environment it is in (quieter in a quiet environment, and louder in a loud environment). You can also use the timer button to set the sound machine to run for that time and then it will shut off. You can choose 30, 60, 90, or 120 min.
