We love books in our house!! Since my oldest daughter is 8 years old, we have plenty of books lying around and we don’t usually buy new ones for the younger kids….they just get the hand-me downs. But it is always fun and exciting to read a new book together. Especially when that book is titled Munch!.

Once we received Munch! in the mail, I immediately sat down with my 3 year old son and my 1 year old daughter to read the book to them. I knew my son would really enjoy the book since it is interactive. The book was all about ‘animal mouths’ how some are wide and some smile and some are grumpy etc. My son really loved the pull tabs that made some of the mouths move (especially they pelican with a big load of fish in its mouth). My daughter was intrigued by it also and couldn’t figure out how those mouths were moving ;). This book included a few textures as well like a fuzzy bear. It was fun introducing my daughter to those fun textures! The pages in this book are nice and thick, which is great for the babies…..but keep in mind that the pull tabs are delicate (as with any other interactive book like Munch!). We had a lot of fun reading this book together.
