I remember playing DanceDanceRevolution when I was in high school- my friends and I always had a super fun time. We absolutely loved it, and we didn’t think of it as “working out” at all- but really, that’s exactly what it is. Which makes it a great game to bring home to your family to keep everyone moving their bodies. With May being National Physical Fitness Month, it’s important to be thinking about, and teaching your children about health and fitness, and DDR is the perfect way!
